26. How much load (channels, users, nicks, etc) can oer handle?
34. oer or oer+MySQL seems to disconnect from the IRC server (sign off) more often than other bots or IRC clients, why?

A: The values are for how long a certain ban will last. All times are in seconds.
  • auto rejoin: if the user parts and rejoins the channel in under 3 seconds, this ban will be granted to the user
  • part rejoin: if the user parts and joins the channel 4 or more times (in 3600 seconds), this ban will be set
  • public flood: if a user writes more than allowed lines in a certain amount of time, this ban will be set (limits are set by floodvars)
  • public flood repeat: if a user writes more than allowed identical (or close to identical) lines in a certain amount of time, this ban will be set (limits are set by floodvars)
  • bad word: if a user writes a line containing a banned word (wordbk), this ban will be set
  • bad nick: if a user changes his/her nick to a banned nick (nickbk) or joins the channel with a banned nick, this ban will be set
  • normal ban: this ban will be set for all the remaining violations not listed above
